Kate is an urban research and policy professional with extensive experience in social impact assessment and planning for community infrastructure.
Kate has worked with community associations, local, state and federal governments on a range of issues including housing policy, social planning and community service provision. Kate is widely recognised for her in depth and rigorous approach to social policy projects.

Chloe is a personable businesses marketing and human resource management graduate who works tirelessly at building effective relationships with people of all ages and standings in life, future clients, vendors and media professionals. Chloe will aid in the decision-making process along with the K2 Planning team to achieve the best results for all parties involved.
Chloe has a keen interest in developing process that will help the community to identify strengths and weakness and identify ways the K2 Planning Team can improve the quality of life within the wider community.
Data Analyst - Richelle Mayshak
B A Psych (Hons)
Richelle is highly skilled in collating, organizing and analysing large quantities of data and producing area summaries and maps that inform all areas of K2 Planning projects, particularly community engagement outcomes and infrastructure needs analysis.
Richelle has a passionate interest in planning for community health and wellbeing and has developed tools for assessing the future requirements for health services and infrastructure in emerging areas. As well as working with K2 Planning Richelle lectures in Health Behaviours at Deakin University.
